Yeah~ I made it!
I've not expected that I have this kind of day, cooking with lots of ingredients such as mushroom, hot pepper, radish, bean-curd, leek, chopped galic etc.
Okay, I'm ready! Here is the recipe. Are you ready?
This is for 2 people.
1. put 3 big spoons of Toenjang, a half of a big spoon powdered red pepper and
some cut radish in the pot with 3 cups of water. and then boil it.
2. When it comes to a boil, put some agaric(Nuetari mushroom), some sliced leek
and some sliced hot pepper(Chungyang pepper).
3. Then, if it is boiling enough, put one spoon of the chopped garic and bean curd(Tobu).
In addition, putting some soybean sauce is a good way of making a deep flavor.
And keep boiling it until you think that's enough. (It means you often have to taste it to know whether the flavor is fine or not.
Finished!!!
It tasted very good. I loved it. hahaha.
If you want more information or question, just leave a message here. :p
